Where is Godthåbsvej Skrædderi og Renseri?
We are at Godthåbsvej 46, 2000 Frederiksberg (Copenhagen). You drop off and pick up your clothes in the shop.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday 10:00–18:00 and Saturday 10:00–16:00. We are closed on Sundays.
How much does it cost to hem trousers?
Shortening or lengthening trousers costs 200 kr. Jacket sleeves cost from 300 kr., skirts from 250 kr. and dresses from 300 kr.
Can you replace zippers in trousers and jackets?
Yes. A trouser zipper costs from 200 kr. and a jacket zipper from 450 kr. We also sew on buttons (50 kr. each) and patch trousers (from 150 kr.).
How much does it cost to dry clean a suit?
Dry cleaning a suit costs from 300–450 kr. Trousers cost 100 kr. and a shirt 50 kr. The final price is confirmed in the shop.
Do you clean down jackets and Canada Goose jackets?
Yes. A down jacket costs 600 kr., a Canada Goose jacket 800 kr. and a leather or suede jacket 900 kr.
Do you clean wedding dresses and evening dresses?
Yes. Wedding dresses cost from 400–900 kr. and evening dresses from 400 kr., depending on fabric and details.
Which dry-cleaning method do you use?
We use hydrocarbon dry cleaning (F-cleaning) instead of perchloroethylene — a gentle, low-temperature method that is kinder to fabrics and the environment. For laundry we use Nordic Swan Ecolabel products.
